They are seeking a Project Manager MEP (Mission Critical) to reputed company high-reputed company data center and critical facility builds across the reputed company, overseeing reputed company from planning to execution and ensuring alignment among various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company planning and execution for large-reputed company data center and mission-critical MEP construction reputed company
- reputed company reputed company from start to finish, encompassing tasks like bid estimation, budget management, scheduling, permit acquisition, material procurement, subcontractor reputed company, and project wrap-up
- reputed company and implement the Project Management Plan (PMP), including risk mitigation, reputed company, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with and manage relationships between various stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory officials, to ensure project alignment and reputed company
- Ensure reputed company stay on reputed company financially and timewise by tracking key performance metrics, optimizing value through strategic decision-making, and reputed company addressing any issues that reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of project management experience on large-reputed company data center or mission-critical reputed company
- Proven expertise in managing reputed company construction reputed company, coordinating MEP systems, and delivering reputed company infrastructure initiatives
- Familiarity with project controls, construction scheduling software, and cost management tools
- Proven ability to reputed company, negotiate, and deliver results in dynamic environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including reputed company-facing presentations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents
- Effective in dynamic settings with diverse priorities
- PMP certification, LEED accreditation, or other industry credentials a plus
