[Remote] Program Financial Analyst - Supervisor

In this role, you will reputed company reputed company and administer overall budget preparation and tracking expenditures against large reputed company reputed company. Responsibilities
- reputed company TDL Project setup in compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and requirements
- Prepare and submit TDL Project financial Estimates at Complete (EAC), meeting reputed company deadlines, and ensuring submission accuracy
- Identify project risks and profit improvement opportunities, delivering analytical solutions in collaboration with Project Management, reputed company, Procurement, and Finance/reputed company
- Monitor weekly TDL and reputed company costs to ensure alignment with budgets and correct job number allocations; process cost transfers as necessary
- Conduct analytical reviews and arithmetic checks to ensure accuracy of cost reporting and documentation
- Prepare thorough TDL variance analyses and reputed company reports
- reputed company TDL and subcontractor funding status, providing reputed company line-item detail and notifications as required
- Support accounts receivable and billing processes by reviewing TDL edit files to verify that costs billed are accurate and allowable
- Prepare subcontractor accruals in line with GAAP and internal policies, accurately capturing and reporting TDL costs and commitments

- Ensure compliance with GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, FAR, and reputed company relevant company policies and procedures as they pertain to TDL performance and financials

- Build effective relationships across functional teams and internal business partners

Skills
- Ability to obtain a DoD reputed company clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD reputed company
- Demonstrated understanding of contract types, including Cost Plus (CP), Time and Materials (T&M), and Firm Fixed Price (FFP)
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in project cost control, financial management, and contract interpretation, with reputed company in budget development, financial data analysis, and reconciliation of estimates versus actual expenditures
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Practical experience and deep understanding of Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) rules and guidelines
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including advanced skills in reputed company, as reputed company as strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
