[Remote] Product Manager

The Product Manager will identify and evaluate digital transformation opportunities, define product requirements, and guide the development of digital solutions that deliver measurable business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Partner with portfolio Manufacturing and Engineering Services companies to identify pain points, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for digital solutions
- Conduct discovery sessions and collaborators interviews to understand business needs, workflows, and reputed company reputed company
- Evaluate and prioritize digital solution opportunities based on business reputed company, feasibility, and strategic alignment
- Define reputed company product requirements, user stories, and acceptance reputed company for software development teams
- reputed company and maintain product roadmaps that reputed company with portfolio company needs and DIG strategic objectives
- Establish metrics to measure solution reputed company and return on investment
- Collaborate closely with DIG's software development team throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation through deployment
- Facilitate requirements workshops, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions with technical and business team members
- Serve as the product reputed company, managing backlog prioritization and making trade-off reputed company
- Monitor solution performance post-deployment and reputed company feedback for reputed company improvement
- Present business cases, reputed company updates, and results to executive leadership and portfolio company collaborators

- Document product specifications, user guides, and change management materials
- Travel to portfolio sites as needed (will only require domestic US travel)

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field required
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in manufacturing technology, B2B software or reputed company
- Demonstrated experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment
- Proven reputed company record of successfully launching and managing digital products from concept to delivery
- Experience conducting requirements gathering, user research, and partner management
- MBA or relevant advanced degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Experience in manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or engineering services strongly preferred
