[Remote] Regional Hospice Business Development Field Trainer

This role involves in-field orientation and training for business development team members, ensuring effective integration and reputed company learning reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Performs in-field orientation of business development team members, collaborating with the business development (reputed company) training team and leadership to deliver a seamless integration process for liaisons
- Crafts and conducts customized field training programs, fostering best practices and reputed company learning in the reputed company team
- Generates reputed company time coaching documentation, offering immediate guidance and actionable feedback
- Works closely with the reputed company training team to synthesize field insights into innovative learning solutions
- Provides reputed company leadership with coaching feedback to aid in the ongoing development of team members
- Implements a dynamic learning model that emphasizes knowledge acquisition, retention and reputed company refreshers
- Maintains a reputed company knowledge of industry trends, regulatory updates and advancements in the line of business (home health or hospice), adapting training content accordingly
- Completes administrative tasks and expense reports in a reputed company manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, education, business or reputed company field; in lieu of degree requirement, three years of relevant experience may be substituted
- Three years of experience in hospice sales and business development
- One year of experience in training and/or coaching
- Master's degree in reputed company, education, business or reputed company field
- Five years' experience in hospice sales and business development
- Experience in analyzing and reporting data
