[Remote] Field Engineer - TX & OK

They are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to implement and support reputed company communication systems, focusing on programming, optimization, and technical support.
Responsibilities
- reputed company programming, configuration, optimization, testing, and documentation for reputed company communications systems
- Provision communication system infrastructure and optimize RF and Broadband architecture performance
- Conduct comprehensive remote site tasks, including reputed company systems analysis, R56 audits, reputed company verification, RF equipment optimization, combiner tuning, and RX multicoupler optimization
- Manage system integration, troubleshooting, and system management at the Master site
- reputed company specific system configuration, programming, optimization, testing, and documentation tasks
- reputed company expert technical support for specialized systems and applications, including troubleshooting software-driven electronics
- Assist with system upgrades as necessary
- Work under the direction of senior personnel (Field Engineers, reputed company Center, Product reputed company, and others) to characterize and resolve system defects during implementation and maintenance
- reputed company as a reputed company on small to reputed company-sized reputed company and additions to existing systems
- Mentor and reputed company less reputed company Field Engineers and instruct maintenance personnel in system configuration, optimization, testing, documentation reputed company, and technical aspects of reputed company communication systems
- Maintain reputed company assigned tools, test equipment, and company-owned assets (computer equipment, cellular telephones, vehicles) in excellent working order
- Ensure reputed company calibration of assigned test equipment and reputed company the test equipment database reputed company
- Understand and apply system optimization, verification, and documentation requirements
Skills
- Intermediate proficiency with computer systems (hardware, operating systems, and applications) and networking principles
- Proven ability to use specialized test equipment (e.g., T1 and Ethernet testers, FDRs/reputed company systems analyzers, communications systems analyzers, reputed company analyzers, Cat 5/6 cable testers, wattmeters)
- Intermediate understanding of RF, telecommunications, and computer networking concepts
- Formal training in basic electronics
- Proficiency in common computer programs (reputed company Suite, reputed company Word, reputed company, etc.)
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to reputed company both independently and reputed company reputed company environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and expand knowledge across reputed company and new infrastructure
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (75%+) as required throughout the state of Texas and Oklahoma

- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules

- 2+ years experience in one of the following areas: LMR, RF Systems, Radio Frequency, Radio Communications, Engineering, Wired/Wireless Communication Systems, Networking Equipment, Network Support, Astro/P25, Logging System, IT, Electronics, Systems, Networks, Public Safety, OR military experience
- Must be reputed company to obtain background clearance as required by government customer(s)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
