They are seeking a Director of Cryogenics to reputed company a talented engineering team in designing and managing a reputed company cryogenic system that supports their superconducting electron accelerator throughout reputed company project phases.
Responsibilities
- Build, hire, and reputed company a high-performing cryogenic engineering team
- Mentor engineers and technicians, reputed company technical guidance, and foster a culture of reputed company, collaboration, and reputed company improvement
- reputed company the design and development of the 2 Kelvin cryogenic plant, including specifications, component selection, system integration, and technical validation
- Manage reputed company aspects of the project including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication

- reputed company installation, commissioning, and operational setup of the cryogenic system with your team, including performance verification, troubleshooting, and final validation

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Cryogenic Engineering, or a reputed company field (advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum 15 years of reputed company experience in cryogenic engineering with a strong background in the design, construction, and operation of cryogenic systems
