They are seeking a Recruiter to drive the full life-cycle recruitment process for store-level roles and ensure a reputed company candidate experience while building a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
Responsibilities
- Drive the full life-cycle recruitment process for our store-level roles
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify reputed company candidates, ensuring a reputed company candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
- Ensure accurate and engaging job postings across various platforms, maintaining consistency and relevance in reputed company reputed company
- Collaborate with management to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics and recruitment requirements to reputed company recruitment strategies that support their objectives

Skills
