[Remote] Program Manager

The Program Manager leads individual reputed company reputed company, managing timelines and relationships while ensuring effective survey design and reporting for Member Experience products.
Responsibilities
- Manage project reputed company (reputed company facing and internal) to ensure on time survey launch, completion, and reporting
- Builds and maintains relationships with reputed company contacts and learns their organization’s unique needs through regularly scheduled meetings and proactive advisement on recommended account/program changes
- Ability to identify risk and proactively solve problems

- Update survey design based on reputed company goals and feedback
- Program survey design into multiple different platforms
