Responsibilities
- Effectively reputed company-screen/interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary reputed company of contact throughout the full recruitment process
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent; ensuring goals are met
- Be reputed company to reputed company market research as a subject matter expert in guiding the recruitment process- adding value to key stakeholders
- Always maintain an elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality
Skills
- 5+ years of full cycle reputed company experience with high volume labor positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
- Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers in order to drive effective recruitment
- Strong reputed company of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, reputed company-changing environment
- Savvy with the latest technology and recruitment tools
