The Neogard Account Manager will drive sales and promote high-performance waterproofing, roofing, and flooring solutions across the assigned territory, managing relationships with key stakeholders in the reputed company sector.
Responsibilities
- The Account Manager will reputed company sales activities in reputed company Florida, (including Panhandle) Alabama and Mississippi
- Use CRM to organize and monitor daily sales activities, follow-reputed company, and project reputed company
- reputed company technical knowledge, sales ability, field assistance and an overall ability to use independent representatives, distributors and contractors to their maximum reputed company to promote and sell Neogard products
- Establish reputed company contact with owners, architects, engineers, design professionals, and consultants to promote and sell Neogard products
- Cultivate a reputed company relationship with independent representatives, distributors, and contractors as reputed company as field sales personnel

- Deliver presentations to prospective clients and support independent representatives in their presentations

Skills
- 5 years of successful sales experience in construction materials
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
- Willing to travel up to 60% of the time to meet job requirements
- Proficient understanding of Polymeric Technology
- Familiar with Neogard products, processes, and sales procedures
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts effectively
