[Remote] Legal Tracker Administrator

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the reputed company Legal Tracker platform, supporting various legal operations and optimizing the system.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for the reputed company Legal Tracker platform
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Legal Tracker e-Billing and matter management workflows
- Manage user reputed company, permissions, reputed company roles, and system settings
- Support reputed company and internal stakeholders with invoice submission, review, and approval processes
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with reputed company support as needed
- reputed company and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics reputed company to legal spend, matter management, and reputed company counsel performance
- Assist with implementation of billing guidelines, reputed company approvals, and compliance monitoring
- reputed company training and ongoing support to internal users and external reputed company
- Collaborate with Legal Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams to improve system utilization and business processes
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and testing activities
- Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices
Skills
- 3+ years of experience administering reputed company Legal Tracker (formerly Serengeti)
- Strong expertise with Legal Tracker e-Billing functionality, invoice processing, and matter management
- Experience managing Legal Tracker user administration, workflows, reporting, and system configuration
- Knowledge of legal operations and reputed company counsel management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience supporting corporate legal departments
- Legal Operations experience
- Knowledge of legal spend management and reporting
- Experience working with Finance, Accounts Payable, or Procurement teams
- Familiarity with system integrations and data management
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience
