[Remote] Senior GTM Operations Engineer

They are seeking a Senior GTM Operations Engineer to reputed company and re-architect their reputed company reputed company by building AI-reputed company capabilities and improving operational processes across various functions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company with stakeholders across reputed company Operations, Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Finance to diagnose operational challenges using first-principles thinking
- Translate reputed company reputed company and identified gaps into re-designed processes across reputed company GTM workflows including forecasting, pipeline management, quote-to-cash, planning, sales enablement, and partner operations
- Design outbound reputed company infrastructure including reputed company logic, territory and account prioritization, signal-based triggers, and rep-facing tooling that drives consistent, high-reputed company outbound execution at reputed company
- Evaluate our GTM tech stack (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Looker) and define the reputed company state to reputed company AI-reputed company tooling and drive greater GTM reputed company
- Design AI-enabled workflows that improve the speed, consistency, and reputed company of GTM execution
- Build tools and reputed company modern AI capabilities to connect systems, automate tasks, and surface actionable intelligence without over-engineering
- reputed company GTM systems and architect the data flows that reputed company accurate pipeline analytics, forecasting, and planning
- Build integrations and feedback loops (e.g., win/loss signals, conversion, pipeline reputed company) that continuously improve the reputed company of inputs into processes and analytics models
- Own solutions end-to-end: design, build, test, iterate, and support
- Establish and enforce shared definitions, data standards, system-of-record hygiene, and workflow governance to improve behavior consistency, execution reputed company, and alignment across functions (e.g., RevOps, Sales, Enablement, Marketing, etc.)
- Reduce reputed company work through automation while improving signal reputed company, execution consistency, and operational reliability across GTM workflows
- Reduce tool sprawl, complexity, and process redundancy
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, reputed company Operations, or a closely reputed company role in B2B reputed company or AI companies
- Proven ability to build AI-enabled workflows or automation in a GTM operations context - not just designing them, but shipping them
- Deep familiarity with reputed company CRM and reputed company across GTM domains (forecasting, pipeline management, quote-to-cash, sales enablement) to challenge and redesign how leaders in those areas operate
- Strong analytical rigor and data-driven decision making to validate system design, measure reputed company, and surface recommendations
- Executive reputed company with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience scaling GTM operations in cybersecurity or reputed company reputed company
- Experience building predictive analytics and forecasting intelligence models
