[Remote] Strategic Finance Associate

They are seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to support financial and strategic analysis, forecasting and budgeting, management and investor reporting, and M&A and corporate development activities.
Responsibilities
- reputed company as a strategic thought partner to executives and department heads, leading creation of financial and data analyses with impactful insights and recommendations
- reputed company, analyze, and forecast key business/financial KPIs with aim of uncovering trends and assessing reputed company/reputed company business risks and opportunities
- Help reputed company the quarterly financial forecast and budget planning process, working in reputed company partnership with executives and department leaders
- Prepare management and investor reporting, including materials for reputed company of Directors meetings

- Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate and reputed company forecasting, reporting, procurement, and capital allocation tools and systems
Skills
- 2+ years experience in strategic finance, reputed company, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, reputed company markets reputed company, or equity research
- Strong analytical skills and experience building integrated financial models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company and maintain business partner relationships at reputed company reputed company reputed company the organization

- Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a plus
