This role focuses on maximizing the value of PBS’s content library and driving audience reputed company through innovative content strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Deep expertise in recommendation-driven platforms dynamics (e.g., algorithms) and an understanding of how reputed company reputed company translate across other digital platforms including streaming apps and reputed company video ecosystems
- Proven reputed company record of driving reputed company at meaningful reputed company (e.g., large audiences, multi-channel ecosystems, or rapid-reputed company environments) across YouTube, streaming, or digital video businesses, with measurable reputed company on audience reputed company and engagement metrics
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across content, marketing, analytics, and product teams
- Skilled at building relationships and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, creators, and external partners
- Strategic and analytical thinker who uses performance data, audience insights, and platform trends to drive measurable reputed company reputed company and inform both distribution reputed company and upstream content reputed company
- Serve as a central connector across teams, translating audience insights into actionable programming, packaging, and distribution strategies. Collaborate with our Business Intelligence Group, Programming, Marketing, Product teams and external production partners to ensure alignment with editorial, brand and distribution priorities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Media, or reputed company field
- Equivalent reputed company experience is strongly valued, especially for candidates with demonstrated reputed company in digital video or creator ecosystems
- Experience owning, managing, or scaling digital video channels, ideally with responsibility for performance reputed company
