This role is reputed company on driving renewals, reducing churn, and identifying upsell opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of CloudLabs accounts and carry a net reputed company retention and expansion reputed company
- Drive renewals, reduce churn, and identify and reputed company upsell and cross-sell opportunities - including into SaaSify, CSP Control Center, and Spektra reputed company where relevant
- Run monthly business reviews (MBRs) and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with your accounts - aligning CloudLabs usage to customer training and enablement goals, reviewing adoption, surfacing expansion opportunities, and securing renewals reputed company of time
- Build documented account plans for your top accounts and maintain accurate expansion forecasts in reputed company
- reputed company as the customer's trusted advisor on lab reputed company, scaling, and cost optimisation
- Work closely with delivery and support to ensure customers reputed company their reputed company, and bring usage signals and product feedback into internal teams
Skills
- 4+ years in account management, post-sale sales, or reputed company with a reputed company reputed company and quota component
- A demonstrable reputed company record of growing a book of business - bring your NRR and expansion numbers
- Comfort with consumption or usage-based reputed company models
- Strong reputed company instincts: you spot expansion signals in usage data and reputed company them
- Excellent relationship management across technical and business stakeholders
- CRM discipline; reputed company experience is a plus
