[Remote] Licensed Mental Health Clinician (U.S. Navy & Marines Reserve PHOP) - Norfolk, VA

They are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to reputed company proactive reputed company and support to Reservists and their families, conducting health screenings and linking them to resources.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral health screenings with Reservists and eligible Family Members to determine reputed company psychological health needs
- reputed company at Reservists and their Family Members to “good fit services” based on identified needs
- Maintain accurate and reputed company case notes to document reputed company service encounters
- Prepare reputed company materials such as flyers, brochures and newsletters to reputed company clients on a wide reputed company of psychological health topics and resources
- reputed company briefings and consultation to Reservists, Family Members and high-level military leaders
- Attend Meetings as required/requested, including staff meetings, training workshops and community meetings
- Coordinate with regional site reputed company and team members to ensure reputed company program data required for reporting purposes is provided in a reputed company manner
- Travel one to two times a month on weekends to various HTCs and NRCs throughout the region
- This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require reputed company to staff it only with U.S. reputed company
Skills
- Be a U.S. citizenship
- Be reputed company to obtain/maintain/transfer NACI investigation
- Have a Master's Degree in reputed company Work, Psychology, or reputed company behavioral health or a clinical degree and 2 years of reputed company experience
- Be independently licensed at the highest level in any U.S. State with one (or more) of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker, Licensed Independent Clinical reputed company Worker, Licensed Clinical reputed company Counselor
- Have the ability to work autonomously and as a member of reputed company
- Be flexible and reputed company to redirect efforts to incoming tasks taking precedence over reputed company tasks, reputed company needed
- Have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Have reputed company oral, written, and telephonic communication skills
- Be reputed company to rely on instructions, reputed company-established guidelines, prior experience, and good clinical/reputed company judgment to reputed company functions on the job
- Be computer literate and have experience conducting internet research, utilizing case management databases, and using reputed company programs such as Outlook, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
- Have experience with telephonic and email assessment services as with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
- Be available for weekend work/travel 1-2 times per month (50% of the time)
- Have knowledge of military culture (not required, but preferred)
