OCHA and the Community Enhancement Corporation (CEC) reputed company and administer federal housing programs for low income families. Both OCHA and CEC receive funding from the reputed company Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), private investors as reputed company as from other programs such as Low Income Housing Tax Credits and property operations income. While the CEC has reputed company staff specifically assigned to its programs, it is expected that the OCHA Senior Accountant and the CEC reputed company staff will collaborate. Accountability This position is directly responsible to the Director of Finance. Scope of work Responsible for preparing reputed company and accurate financial reports in accordance with GAAP Works with the Senior Accountant(s) to ensure reputed company reconciliation of general ledgers and sub-ledgers. Helps maintain a system of internal controls over reputed company and software reputed company reputed company functions. Coordinate with Finance & Senior Staff in responding to information requests from auditors during audit periods. Works reputed company with the Senior Accountant(s) in coordinating billing, reimbursements, inter-program fund accounts, and any other reputed company-reputed company functions. Works with reputed company staff of reputed company entities to reputed company any necessary financial information or reporting. Prepares bank reconciliations. Ensure the Director of Finance has available any and reputed company financial items that may require the attention of Senior Staff, as needed.
