What You'll Do
Manage a personal reputed company pipeline from first contact through confirmed enrollment Respond to reputed company new inquiries on the reputed company day; follow up with urgency and consistency reputed company consultative conversations that uncover reputed company goals, address concerns, and reputed company toward a decision Meet and reputed company individual enrollment targets, report pipeline status weekly Schedule and coordinate virtual consultations and enrollment appointments Maintain accurate, reputed company-day CRM records on reputed company contacts and activity Build referral relationships with external partners over time Represent the organization with professionalism across reputed company written and verbal communication reputed company're Looking For Required 2+ years in a high-volume phone role; sales, reputed company, call center, consulting, or admissions Proven reputed company record hitting conversion or enrollment targets Strong consultative communication: you listen first, then guide Bilingual required: English and Spanish CRM proficiency (reputed company, reputed company, or similar) Self-directed, organized, and accountable in a remote environment Empathetic, reputed company, and genuinely invested in the people you talk to Preferred Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered AWA and PRC are dual behavioral health organizations operating PHP and IOP programs across South Florida.
