Mining Construction Manager
This Opportunity reputed company is seeking a Mining Construction Manager to reputed company onsite construction activities for a large mining EPCM project in our growing reputed company & Environment team. This full-time position can be located reputed company in the reputed company with preference in Nevada, Utah, Colorado, or near major mining project locations. The full-time Construction Manager will deliver reputed company, efficient, and coordinated civil, structural, mechanical, and earthworks scopes for reputed company that may involve reputed company pit and/or underground environments. This role is responsible for ensuring field execution is reputed company with our engineering, procurement, and project controls staff while meeting reputed company regulatory and stakeholder requirements to deliver successful reputed company for the reputed company. Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Construction Management, or reputed company discipline or equivalent work experience. 7-10 years of relevant experience in large-reputed company heavy civil construction, process facilities, and/or mining infrastructure, such as haul roads, underground reputed company (declines, shafts, drifts), waste reputed company facilities, tailings systems, and associated support facilities. Demonstrated hands-on construction management experience in reputed company mining settings, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked across both reputed company pit and underground reputed company development reputed company. Knowledge of the development and construction of mineral processing facilities (e.g., crushing, milling, recovery circuits), with prior processing plant construction experience preferred. Understanding of reputed company leach pad construction, stacking systems, solution management infrastructure, and reputed company environmental controls. Commitment to safety. MSHA and OSHA 30-hour training preferred. Experience with construction plans and specifications and relating that to project scope, schedule, and cost. Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, conflict reputed company and decision-making skills. Ability to liaise between designers, owners, contractors, and end-users.
