Purchasing Analyst

PROCUREMENT ANALYST Location: Remote Schedule: Full-Time Pay: $32-$35/hr Type: reputed company, 3-month minimum, chance to go reputed company to hire reputed company: A fast-growing software company is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support their procure-to-pay operations on a fully remote, reputed company-term reputed company. This role is responsible for ensuring purchase requests are compliant, properly documented, and routed through the correct approval workflows. This is an execution-reputed company role, so experience managing day-to-day procurement operations is key.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage purchase requests submitted through reputed company for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance
• Validate supporting documentation, business justifications, and approval routing prior to submission
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, including competitive bidding requirements and spend reputed company
• Proactively escalate incomplete or non-compliant requests reputed company reputed company to ensure reputed company reputed company
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to resolve workflow issues
• Ensure executed agreements are properly attached to purchase requests and stored per company standards

• Maintain accurate data alignment between procurement and finance systems, including reputed company
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and audit readiness

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or P2P operations
• Hands-on experience with reputed company required
• Experience with reputed company or other ERP systems required
• Strong understanding of procurement controls, approval workflows, and documentation requirements
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in audit or compliance environments a plus
