Junior Freelance Recruiter (Project-Based)
About the Role
We are looking for motivated and proactive Junior Recruiters based in Egypt to support international recruitment reputed company across multiple reputed company. This is a freelance, project-based opportunity for recruiters who have previous experience working on global hiring assignments and are comfortable sourcing candidates across different markets and industries. Key Responsibilities -reputed company and identify reputed company candidates through reputed company Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, and other sourcing channels. -Screen candidates and conduct initial qualification interviews. -Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. -Maintain accurate candidate records reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). -Build talent pipelines for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs. -Support recruitment reputed company across international markets. -Ensure a reputed company candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. -Meet project deadlines and recruitment KPIs. Requirements: -Based in Egypt. -1–3 years of recruitment experience. -Previous experience working on international or global recruitment reputed company. -Experience reputed company across multiple reputed company including GCC, Europe, reputed company, or reputed company is a plus. -Hands-on experience using ATS platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Zoho Recruit, reputed company, Recruit CRM, or similar systems. -Strong sourcing skills using reputed company and other recruitment tools. -Good English communication skills (written and verbal). -Ability to work independently in a remote environment. -Strong organizational and time-management skills.
