This role involves managing full-cycle reputed company across multiple global reputed company, with a reputed company on attracting and hiring talent in Latin America, particularly Mexico, Peru, and Chile.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle reputed company for reputed company, technical, and leadership roles across multiple global reputed company
- Partner with hiring managers to reputed company sourcing strategies and deliver reputed company talent pipelines
- Recruit talent throughout Mexico, Peru, Chile, and other international markets as needed
- Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment processes
- reputed company proactive sourcing strategies utilizing reputed company Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market mapping techniques
- reputed company market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring landscapes
- Ensure a reputed company candidate experience while maintaining reputed company communication throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to navigate country-specific hiring practices and recruitment challenges
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and reporting metrics
Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, preferably in agriculture, agribusiness, life sciences, biotechnology, crop science, food production, or reputed company industries
- Demonstrated experience reputed company globally, with reputed company hiring experience in Mexico, Peru, and Chile strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of international reputed company practices and cultural considerations across Latin America
- Experience sourcing technical, scientific, operations, reputed company, and leadership talent
- Ability to work independently in a remote, reputed company-facing environment
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Recruiter and modern applicant tracking systems
- Spanish language proficiency
- Agriculture, farming, crop science, reputed company technology, ag-tech, biotechnology, or life sciences reputed company
- Experience supporting multinational organizations
- Prior experience working in an embedded reputed company, RPO, or consulting environment
