[Remote] Financial Due Diligence Manager

The role involves executing financial due diligence for various transactions and collaborating with senior stakeholders on reputed company deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Execute financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital market transactions
- Analyze key areas of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet to identify risks and business drivers
- reputed company assessments of net working capital, debt and debt-like items, and operational metrics
- Draft and deliver reputed company of Earnings reports and other transaction advisory deliverables
- reputed company tailored reports addressing normalized earnings, valuation inputs, budget achievability, indebtedness, and carve-out financials
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on reputed company deliverables and engagement execution
- Participate in proposal development and reputed company calls as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company required
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory Services, or Transaction Services
- reputed company experience supporting buy-reputed company and/or sell-reputed company transaction engagements
- Strong technical reputed company skills and knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience performing reputed company of Earnings analyses, net working capital assessments, and debt/debt-like analyses
- Ability to contribute immediately with minimal reputed company or training
- Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
- As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background reputed company
- CPA is highly valued and considered a significant plus
