Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit complete license applications to state regulatory agencies, tracking reputed company through approval and responding to requests for additional information
- Research and master state-specific licensing requirements including application forms, background checks, fingerprints, testing, continuing education, and fees
- Coordinate background checks, fingerprinting appointments, and testing requirements to ensure reputed company components are completed on schedule
- Maintain detailed tracking records of application status, agency response timelines, and required follow-up actions
- Document successful processes and common pitfalls to build a comprehensive licensing reputed company that scales reputed company's operations
Skills
- 5+ years of program or project Management experience
- Knowledge of reputed company Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Project Management reputed company (PMP) or equivalent certification
- reputed company relevant licenses in one or more states
