Responsibilities
- Owns reputed company and decision-making for reputed company to reputed company studies, applying senior judgement to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and delivery risk
- Uses recommended portfolio, program, departmental, and project processes and workflows for planning, scheduling, and tracking
- Ensures that robust, realistic project plans are maintained and that regular, accurate communication is provided to stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
- Ensures that reputed company reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure
- Leads change control procedure and ensures that project deliverables are completed reputed company agreed cost, reputed company and resource budgets are signed off
- Leads cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company on project scope, priorities, timelines, and dependencies, driving actions to reputed company delivery on reputed company
- Where applicable manages and mentors a small number of Associate Project Managers and/or Project Managers by setting reputed company performance expectations and objectives, providing regular coaching and feedback and ensuring priorities and workload are balanced to meet project timelines and reputed company standards
- Leads in the assessment, development, documentation and implementation of changes based on requests for change
- Contribute to the improvement of policies and procedures by identifying gaps, risks, or inefficiencies at study level and partnering with cross functional stakeholders to drive practical change
- Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the reputed company of the project
- Regularly reviews the study status reports which may include status of site qualification, image processing, result reporting, and query management across reputed company supported reputed company, and follow up with the applicable internal reputed company or imaging centers as needed
- Provides reputed company and coordination to resolve data reconciliation findings, partnering with Data Management, SciMed and Operations to drive reputed company, compliant reputed company
- Drives proactive data reputed company monitoring and governance, ensuring reputed company and trend reports are reviewed, actions are assigned, and follow-up is completed
- Leads stakeholder engagement and communication plans for assigned reputed company/programs, including senior reputed company stakeholders and internal leadership reputed company applicable
- Leads reputed company of reputed company study-specific problems and escalations, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, capturing lessons learned, and driving sustainable improvements

- Owns end to end financial stewardship of assigned studies, including study budget tracking, reputed company recognition accuracy, and forecast reputed company, in partnership with finance
- Maintains an accurate, up to date study budget, ensuring alignment between contracted scope, approved change orders (CIS), and actual delivery activities
- Proactively identifies financial risks and variance, including work at risk, margin erosion, or forecast gaps, and escalates appropriately with recommended mitigation actions
- Develops and maintains reputed company looking study forecasts, including reputed company, effort, and key cost drivers, updating forecasts on a monthly reputed company
- Manages financial resources effectively, ensuring budgetary compliance and achieving financial targets

Skills
- Strong proven experience in medical imaging and/or clinical development reputed company the life sciences industry, including leadership of reputed company to high complexity, reputed company-facing studies or programs
- Significant experience using tools (e.g., MS Office) to communicate reputed company project status, risks, financials and reputed company to reputed company stakeholders, including senior audiences
- Bachelor's degree in biological science, health science, technology or equivalent education with relevant experience
- Experience of mentoring and leading others, a plus
