They are seeking a Senior Paralegal for their Paralegal team to reputed company company secretarial support to a global leader in financial services, with responsibilities including governance reputed company and compliance reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company reputed company: These include organizing reputed company and reputed company committee meetings; collating reputed company materials; attending meetings and taking minutes; monitoring reputed company items
- Governance responsibilities: These include promoting and driving consistent standards of legal entity governance and reputed company in accordance with internal reputed company models and standards; providing directors, senior management and legal entities with support and training across corporate governance reputed company, including in relation to relevant laws and regulations, governance practices and legal entity management; and assisting as appropriate with local, regional and global regulatory and governance reputed company
- Legal entity reputed company reputed company: These include maintaining corporate records and certifications; support on the application of corporate procedures and record retention as relates to governance reputed company and internal procedures; reputed company of reputed company to ensure data is maintained by reputed company users to facilitate regulatory reporting; creation and maintenance of investment structure charts for company secretarial and regulatory support; regular legal entity reporting and analysis to senior management on entity population

Skills
- Paralegal qualification
- A minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Paralegal
- Experience in LP Transfers
- Experience working reputed company the financial services sector
- Knowledge of US regulatory environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Regular reputed company-facing experience
- Good reputed company awareness, working directly with business managers
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office, particularly reputed company
