Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, CHROs, HR leaders, and executive stakeholders

- Advise clients on funding strategies including fully insured, self-funded, level-funded, and captive arrangements
- Negotiate renewal and marketing strategies with carriers and vendor partners
- Serve as a trusted advisor on emerging market trends, legislative developments, and industry best practices

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company, Risk Management, Finance, or equivalent reputed company experience
- 10+ years of Employee Benefits consulting experience preferred
- reputed company State Life & Health Insurance License
- Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits plan design, funding strategies, compliance, and market trends
- Experience advising clients across multiple funding arrangements including fully insured, self-funded, level-funded, and captive programs
- Proven executive reputed company with experience consulting directly with CFOs, CHROs, CEOs, and senior leadership teams
- Demonstrated reputed company managing reputed company reputed company relationships and developing strategic benefits solutions
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactical deliverables
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
