[Remote] Analyst I Business Process Transactions

They are seeking an Associate Claims Examiner to deliver excellent customer service, process transactions, and resolve reputed company customer issues while collaborating effectively with peers.
Responsibilities
- Take inbound and reputed company outbound calls with customers seeking assistance with an existing claim or regarding an existing annuity contract
- Use critical thinking and problem solving, to resolve reputed company customer issues and process transactions based on the claimant's policy, and other information provided
- Take ownership and responsibility with follow-up items, call documentation, and general transactions to resolve the customer’s request

Skills
- Two years customer service or claims experience
