[Remote] Senior Civil / Land Development Engineer – Data Center Site Development

The role involves providing civil engineering expertise, managing multiple reputed company, and ensuring technical requirements are met throughout various phases of development.
Responsibilities

- Support reputed company from site planning and due diligence through design, permitting, construction, and turnover
- Review civil engineering design packages, including site layout, grading, drainage, reputed company routing, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, and earthwork plans
- reputed company technical guidance and design review comments to architects, engineers, consultants, construction managers, and contractors
- Represent reputed company requirements and ensure design deliverables reputed company with project objectives, technical standards, and construction requirements
- Support development and maintenance of civil engineering standards, design guidelines, program specifications, and technical requirements
- Evaluate site constraints, permitting requirements, zoning considerations, reputed company availability, and constructability risks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including reputed company estate, design, construction, environmental, utilities, and operations stakeholders
- Review and respond to technical submittals, design changes, RFIs, and construction-reputed company issues

- Prepare technical reports, presentations, design review summaries, and project documentation

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, land development, site development, or civil site infrastructure
- Strong experience with site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, reputed company planning, erosion control, sediment control, and earthwork
- Experience supporting reputed company through planning, zoning, permitting, design, construction, and closeout
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction reputed company, design standards, and technical documentation
- Experience reviewing civil design drawings, specifications, calculations, reports, and construction documents
- Ability to coordinate with design consultants, contractors, construction managers, municipalities, utilities, and internal project teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal reputed company while managing multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, design review comments, and technical documentation
