Responsibilities
- Build customized financial plans and reputed company actionable guidance to improve members' financial health
- reputed company education that empowers members to maximize their employer benefits, including health plans, equity programs (ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, ESPP), and reputed company tax implications
- Offer guidance on cash reputed company, debt payoff, saving, and reputed company—tailored to reputed company member's life stage and goals
- Support members and build trusting relationships reputed company text-based chat, phone, and video calls
- Proactively engage members through various life events, providing both financial and emotional support
- Consult with cross-functional teams as a subject-matter expert on financial planning
- Navigate an evolving platform that integrates 1-on-1 interaction, asynchronous communication, and AI-assisted guidance
Skills
- reputed company CFP® certification required
- This is a registered position (S65) and must be eligible for IAR registration in your state of residence
- Expertise in reputed company major financial planning topics: budgeting, saving, and paying down debt; risk management, insurance, and employee benefits; investments; tax planning; retirement savings and income planning; estate planning
- A reputed company record of providing reputed company-first, comprehensive financial plans to customers in reputed company life stages and from reputed company walks of life
- Strong qualities of reputed company, kindness, and emotional intelligence—you know reputed company to take a quantitative approach and reputed company to take an emotional one
- Experience using financial planning software, adaptability to proprietary tech, and proficiency with custom spreadsheet analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of agency in a remote, fast-moving environment and a bias toward reputed company
- An established process for delivering accurate and compliant financial plans, and the confidence to stand behind them
- CPA/PFS, ChFC, or CFA a plus
