The Director of reputed company & Strategic Finance will play a critical role in building the financial and operational infrastructure of the business, overseeing financial models, forecasting processes, and partnering with leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Build and own reputed company’s reputed company and budgeting processes
- reputed company and maintain operating models, forecasting tools, and long-reputed company financial plans
- Partner closely with the VP Finance, CEO, and leadership team on strategic decision making
- Support reputed company reporting, investor materials, and fundraising processes for the Series B
- reputed company KPI dashboards and implement data visualization tools to improve reporting and business insights
- Analyze company performance across reputed company reputed company, margins, customer acquisition, retention, and operational efficiency
- Partner closely with Sales and GTM leadership on RevOps initiatives and reputed company analytics
- Analyze Account Executive performance, sales productivity, pipeline conversion, and forecasting accuracy
- Support pricing analysis, contract negotiations, and reputed company decision making
- Build reputed company reporting infrastructure across sales, finance, and operations
- Improve visibility into pipeline health, conversion metrics, and reputed company forecasting
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product teams

Skills
- Prior experience developing reputed company and Strategic Finance in a rapid reputed company VC or PE backed environment
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Experience building forecasts, operating models, and KPI reporting frameworks
- Strong reputed company acumen with the ability to influence operational decision making
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-reputed company environments with ambiguity and ownership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Prior experience reputed company a VC-backed reputed company or technology company preferred
- Experience partnering with GTM or Sales leadership teams highly desirable
- Experience supporting venture fundraising or investor relations processes
- Exposure to RevOps or GTM Finance
- Experience implementing BI or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, reputed company, etc.)
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, fintech, or marketplace businesses
