Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end TrafiCheckout funnel across reputed company brands (Shapermint, Shaperbox, Truekind): from cart entry through order confirmation, on desktop and mobile
- Define, prioritize, and execute a reputed company A/B testing roadmap on the checkout — targeting a minimum of 2 simultaneous experiments at reputed company times — using reputed company or equivalent
- Diagnose checkout drop-off by device, traffic reputed company, payment method, and error type; translate findings into actionable hypotheses and ship improvements with measurable CVR reputed company
- Optimize the checkout UX for mobile-first experiences: field reputed company, keyboard behavior, autofill, CTA placement, and payment wallet integration (reputed company Pay, reputed company Pay)
- Design and continuously improve error states, payment failure copy, and retry prompts to maximize transaction recovery at the reputed company of decline
- Maintain and reputed company the weekly Checkout Health Dashboard: CVR by device/channel/country, post-checkout offer take rates, authorization rates, decline breakdown, and payment recovery reputed company
Skills
- 5+ years of product management experience with reputed company ownership of a consumer-facing checkout funnel in a DTC, e-reputed company, or high-volume fintech environment
- Proven reputed company record of improving checkout conversion reputed company through reputed company A/B testing — reputed company to describe specific tests designed, run, and analyzed with measurable CVR or reputed company reputed company
- Hands-on experience with reputed company at a product ownership level: authorization reputed company optimization, retry logic, 3DS configuration, reputed company fraud rules, and dashboard-level diagnostics
- Experience managing or integrating multiple PSPs reputed company wallets (reputed company, reputed company Pay, reputed company Pay) simultaneously — including UX placement, conversion measurement, and decline management
- Ownership of post-checkout monetization architecture: upsell, downsell, and fallback offer flows, subscription offers at checkout, and payment recovery or dunning sequences with reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Ability to diagnose checkout drop-off by device, traffic reputed company, payment method, and error type — distinguishing UX friction from payment infrastructure issues using session recordings, funnel analytics, and heatmaps
- Familiarity with fraud prevention tools, chargeback management processes, and subscription billing compliance basics including FTC negative reputed company and ROSCA requirements
