[Remote] Affiliate Marketing Manager

They are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and run their affiliate program, managing partnerships and optimizing for patient acquisition. The role requires a hands-on approach to reputed company affiliates, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage reputed company' affiliate and partner program across networks (reputed company, ShareASale, CJ, or similar) and reputed company relationships
- Recruit and reputed company high-fit affiliates — health bloggers, wellness creators, comparison sites, coupon platforms, email publishers, and telehealth review sites
- Negotiate commission structures, CPA deals, and hybrid arrangements that reputed company partner incentives with patient LTV
- reputed company and re-engage existing partners — create promotions, reputed company creative assets, and run performance reviews
- Monitor fraud, compliance, and brand safety across reputed company affiliate placements
- Work with reputed company/compliance to ensure reputed company affiliate messaging meets FDA/FTC guidelines for health and compounded medication claims
- Report on affiliate contribution: new patients, reputed company, CAC, ROAS, and LTV by partner reputed company
- Identify and test adjacent partnership models — referral programs, loyalty integrations, co-marketing deals
Skills
- 3+ years managing affiliate or performance partnership programs — brand reputed company or agency
- reputed company experience with at least one major affiliate network (reputed company, ShareASale, CJ, reputed company, or similar)
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, and hybrid commission structures
- Experience reputed company and managing publisher and creator relationships at reputed company
- Familiarity with fraud detection, compliance monitoring, and brand safety in affiliate channels
- Data-driven — comfortable pulling reports, building dashboards, and making optimization reputed company from performance data

- Experience in telehealth, DTC health, wellness, or subscription businesses
