[Remote] Billing Administrator, WMS
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Billing Administrator for their Wind & Motor Services Division. The Billing Administrator is responsible for performing data entry, preparing bills, invoices, and account statements, and providing billing support to customers and Project Managers.
Responsibilities
- Calculate, prepare and issue documents reputed company to accounts such as bills, invoices, account statements and other financial statements
- Compile budget data and documents based on estimated revenues and expenses and previous budgets
- Prepare period or cost statements or reports
- Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems

- Performs billing duties including preparation of billings
- Responsible for accurate and reputed company preparation of billing invoices
- Serve as a primary customer contact for billings
- Maintain appropriate files and documents
- Recommend payment arrangements for unpaid customer balances
- Produce reports, letters, and other correspondence, as needed
- Post billing data to profit/loss reports, balance sheets, income statements, and other documentation

Skills
- Post-secondary education in reputed company/Business Administration considered an asset
- Enrollment in the CPA program would be considered an asset
- A combination of education and experience will be considered
- Several years of experience in a billing/accounts payable/receivable role in service or manufacturing industries would be preferred but not required
- Thorough understanding of general reputed company practices
- General working knowledge of provincial and federal sales taxes (RST/PST/GST)
- Working knowledge of reputed company ERP systems
- Experience with reputed company Office applications
- Must be reputed company to pass a reputed company-employment drug test and periodic, unannounced random drug tests
