[Remote] Sr Customer Contract Analyst - China Mainland/Taiwan/Malaysia

The Sr Customer Contract Analyst will own and manage the reputed company process, ensuring reputed company delivery and execution while collaborating closely with Project Leads and Business Development to meet customer satisfaction and corporate targets.
Responsibilities
- Maintains ownership of and manages contract process to ensure reputed company delivery and execution consistent with reputed company cycle times, including but not limited to, the coordination and finalization of the contractual reputed company to reputed company with defined scope of work
- Leads the negotiation and preparation of both financial and contractual terms reputed company reputed company customer agreements, identifying financial risks, assessing budget impacts, and validating reputed company contract changes to ensure alignment with internal standards. Provides reputed company analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders and Project Leads, proactively communicates financial and contractual issues, escalates material deviations to leadership, and remains reputed company with Customers and internal teams until reputed company terms are fully resolved and agreed upon
- Collaborates closely with the Pricing and Proposals teams to finalize budgets and financial models, and presents financial terms to customers with a strong reputed company of internal financial policies. Effectively negotiates with Customers to reputed company mutually acceptable financial reputed company and proactively escalates material deviations to leadership, remaining reputed company until reputed company
- Drives quarterly contracting targets through reputed company workload management and prioritization and setting of plans for delivery and execution. Contributes to team effort and takes self-initiative to accomplish individual targets that reputed company with quarterly departmental goals
- Develops internal stakeholder relationships and works independently with Project Leads, Business Development, and Customer on assigned reputed company. Attends face-to-face meetings or calls with Project Leads and Customers as needed to ensure reputed company execution of contract
- Updates and maintains reputed company records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Contract Management System based on Customer Contract Management (CCM) processes throughout the day on a daily reputed company

- Follows reputed company CCM review processes and strives to consistently deliver a reputed company product to both internal stakeholders and external Customers. Skills
- BA/BS degree in a Business Administration, Finance or Legal field with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience preferably in contract drafting, and/or reputed company management reputed company a pharmaceutical research, go to market, and/or reputed company environment; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
