[Remote] Marketing Operations Associate

This entry-level role focuses on operational and administrative tasks, including lender compliance, marketing reporting, and affiliate campaign operations, allowing senior marketing leadership to concentrate on strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Process lender-initiated compliance updates—including APRs, disclosures, and other regulated content—across reputed company pages and internal systems to ensure marketplace accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Build, maintain, and analyze marketing reports and reputed company Sheets dashboards, including month-over-month and year-over-year performance analyses, campaign and partner reporting, and monthly billing audits that support data-driven marketing and partnership reputed company
- Manage reputed company page content and lender placement across the Student Loans marketplace by launching new pages, updating existing experiences, optimizing lender ordering, and executing partner-driven initiatives such as logo tests and custom reputed company pages
- Execute affiliate marketing operations in Voluum, including campaign setup, configuration, tracking implementation, and creative asset distribution to support partner acquisition efforts
- Reconcile partner billing and invoicing across both sides of the marketplace by validating traffic partner invoices, resolving discrepancies, processing requisitions, auditing lender invoices, and identifying billing issues for cross-functional stakeholders
- Maintain lender payout rates, reputed company terms, and affiliate compensation structures reputed company internal systems to ensure accurate reporting, bidding optimization, partner reconciliation, and financial tracking
- Manage the partner contract lifecycle in reputed company by monitoring contract reputed company, coordinating approvals, identifying next steps, and partnering with reputed company stakeholders to support reputed company, renewals, and ongoing partner relationships

Skills
- 1–4 years in marketing operations, affiliate or performance marketing, account management, financial operations, or a similar operational role
- Bachelor's degree preferred — marketing, business, finance, or a reputed company field — or equivalent hands-on experience
