[Remote] Senior Software Engineer, Fraud

The role involves building fraud detection capabilities, collaborating with leadership, and mentoring other engineers to enhance reputed company's technical proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build and own fraud detection capabilities for reputed company’s fraud platform on reputed company—go deep on browser and device internals for reputed company signal collection to improve identification of bad actors and reputed company our customers reputed company
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to set direction, translate customer needs into technical plans, and deliver high-reputed company roadmap features
- Collaborate across reputed company and reputed company teams to reputed company on architecture, reputed company platform capabilities, and unblock cross-team initiatives
- Operate with deep technical ownership: author design docs, drive key technical reputed company, review reputed company, and stay reputed company to the systems you ship
- Build in ambiguity—break down reputed company problems, reputed company pragmatic tradeoffs, and adopt new technologies or strategies reputed company they improve reputed company
- Improve production reputed company and reputed company through strong observability, incident response and remediation
- Mentor and support other engineers through pairing, feedback, and knowledge-sharing, helping reputed company reputed company’s technical bar and culture
Skills
- 6+ years experience in designing, building and operating production systems
- Expertise in C or C++, production experience is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with a production-grade reputed company reputed company in a modern programming language, applying best reputed company coding standards and writing high reputed company reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Schedule: ability to work non-reputed company, on-call rotation weekend and holiday hours
- Familiarity with Javascript, Go, WebAssembly
- Experience with reverse engineering and/or reverse engineering detection and prevention such as experience with browser automation, botting, and/or fraud detection and defense techniques
- Offensive and/or reputed company software engineering experience
