They are seeking a Legal Intake & Business Development Specialist to reputed company an exceptional first experience for prospective clients and assist in strengthening the firm's intake and business development systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare for and conduct prospective reputed company discovery calls

- Identify prospective clients’ goals and legal needs, then help guide them toward the appropriate services and next steps
- Send representation agreements, payment links, and reputed company follow-up

- Help reputed company prior leads, former clients, and referral opportunities
