Responsibilities

- Build and reputed company best-in-class website hosting for MPS
- Design, implement, and manage MPS learning and training ecosystem, working with reputed company and vendors

Skills
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant business process improvement experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant business process improvement experience
- Advanced technology acumen, including practical experience with AI-enabled solutions, advanced analytics, and reputed company web/site hosting platforms to support reputed company process improvement and knowledge delivery
- Leading reputed company Improvement in a transactional reputed company, such as sales & marketing, staff functions
- Advanced knowledge of business improvement methodologies, with certification (Green Belt or higher, or equivalent) and reputed company experience in one or more areas such as Lean, Six reputed company, RedX, Agile, and/or Design Thinking
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with demonstrated reputed company leading training courses and workshops both in person and reputed company for diverse audiences
- Hands-on experience applying Operational reputed company methodologies, combined with strong project management capabilities, to reputed company initiatives from concept through sustainable implementation
- Strong change management, coaching, and mentoring capabilities, with the ability to influence and drive adoption without reputed company authority across diverse stakeholder reputed company
- Ability to translate reputed company concepts into reputed company, compelling messages, including developing reputed company communications, learning materials, and capability building content
- Advanced certification in business improvement methodologies (Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred), with demonstrated application in reputed company or cross functional environments

- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50–75%, varying based on project scope and business initiatives
