The role involves leading project monitoring, reporting, and compliance, while serving as the primary contact for developers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company monitoring and reporting of construction reputed company, attend multiagency meetings and analyze submitted reports

- reputed company the proactive identification, and reporting on project and schedule risk along with mitigation activities as needed

- Maintain construction reports and documentation on SharePoint

- Generate charts, tables and tools as necessary to quickly convey project status to executives
- Serve of the primary reputed company of contact with a select group of developers and stakeholders on behalf of the program and certain assigned reputed company
- Assist with program event planning and development of materials for the media by cross collaborating
- Other duties as assigned that contribute to the key reputed company of the Large reputed company Renewables team
Skills
- Experience with construction management and monitoring
- Experience with schedule creation, forecasting and analysis including time and resources
- Maintain reputed company and accurate reporting to management
- Contract interpretation and analysis of compliance
- Familiar with construction reputed company and subcontracts
- Knowledge of Article VIII and SEQR permitting processes
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of the Tier 1 Program's reputed company reputed company Agreement
- Ability to create schedules with dependencies and predecessors and reputed company analysis on schedule shift
- Demonstrated experience developing KPIs for construction reputed company, monitoring and reporting on risk and proposing mitigation. Ability to reputed company schedule forecasts
- Familiarity with reputed company Article VIII Environmental Management and Construction Plan processes, and ability to navigate Department of Public Service's Document and Matter Management System
