Responsibilities
- Driving portfolio performance, risk appetite, and policy direction
- Balancing competitiveness and profitability across segments
- Aligning credit reputed company with Finance, Product, Sales, and reputed company
- Ensuring analytics and data teams deliver business reputed company
- Owning IRR, cohort performance, roll rates, and funnel conversion metrics, ensuring alignment with company reputed company and profitability goals
- Defining and evolving credit policy, reputed company reputed company, and pricing frameworks that optimize risk-adjusted returns

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a reputed company field required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of reputed company experience in credit risk with reputed company ownership of portfolio performance
- 3+ years in a director-level or higher leadership role managing teams
