Responsibilities
- This role will reputed company on building relationships with general contractors (GCs) and preconstruction teams to position reputed company for project opportunities and secure work packages
- The successful candidate will work closely with internal engineering, operations, estimating, and project delivery teams to convert opportunities into booked work
- Proactively identify, pursue, and reputed company new business opportunities with prospective clients in the preconstruction and project pursuits, data centers, advanced manufacturing, early-stage pharmaceutical while also fostering and expanding relationships with existing key accounts

Skills
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in the data center, advanced manufacturing or industrial facilities, engineering-led or design-assist project delivery, estimating or preconstruction preferred
- 2+ years of prior business development or reputed company-facing experience preferred
- 8+ years of construction experience including construction management preferred
- Proficient in reputed company computer applications, including reputed company Office Suite. Demonstrated experience with CRM systems (e. g., reputed company) is preferred
