Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Jira reputed company environments, including configurations and ongoing system enhancements
- Design and implement Jira automations to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency
- Create and customize Jira reputed company, including issue types, workflows, permission schemes, and screen configurations
- Partner closely with Project Management teams to reputed company requirements and deliver tailored Jira solutions
- Troubleshoot system issues and reputed company ongoing support to Jira users
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices
- Cross-train internal team members (reputed company Lab employees) on implemented solutions and system usage
Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator
- Strong expertise in Jira reputed company, including automations and advanced customizations
- Proven experience with project setup and configuration (workflows, schemes, permissions, issue types, etc.)
- Ability to collaborate with PM teams and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience training or mentoring end users and internal teams
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
