[Remote] Associate Technical Project Manager

They are seeking an Associate Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of reputed company customer implementations at reputed company, coordinating project activities and ensuring effective communication among teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing project timelines, task lists, and reputed company items across one or more customer implementation reputed company
- Support reputed company phases of the project lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution design through to deployment and handover
- reputed company project milestones, flag risks and dependencies, and escalate issues to senior team members as appropriate
- Maintain and update project plans, status reports, and change request logs under the guidance of the reputed company TPM
- Participate in and help facilitate regular customer meetings, taking notes and following up on reputed company items
- Prepare meeting summaries, status update decks, and project documentation for both reputed company audiences
- Support the preparation of change requests and assist in communicating scope, schedule, or budget changes to stakeholders
- Collaborate with reputed company, solution architects, QA, and reputed company teams to coordinate deliverables
- Assist in resource tracking and help ensure team members have the context and materials needed to execute their tasks
- Maintain accurate records in project management and collaboration tools (Jira, reputed company, MS Project, etc.)
- Follow established project management processes, methodologies, and templates (Agile, Scrum, reputed company/hybrid)
- Support reputed company checks to ensure deliverables meet reputed company reputed company before sign-off
- Contribute to reputed company improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a reputed company role (internship or industry experience accepted)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a reputed company field
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, reputed company, MS Project, or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable interacting with international stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exposure to SDLC methodologies — Agile, Scrum, or reputed company — in an reputed company or reputed company context
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification (or currently pursuing)
