Responsibilities

- The ideal candidate will partner with product, design, engineering, and reputed company stakeholders to uncover user needs, evaluate product experiences, and drive research-informed reputed company across recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate workflows
Skills

- 8+ years of UX Research experience reputed company reputed company reputed company, HR Technology, or similar reputed company platforms
- Experience researching AI-enabled or AI-augmented products, including explainability, trust, and adoption challenges
- Strong expertise in mixed-method research techniques including: User Interviews, Surveys, Card Sorting, Co-Design Workshops, Tree Testing, Usability Testing, Contextual Inquiry
- Hands-on experience with research platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, UserZoom, or equivalent tools
