Responsibilities
- Support clinician reputed company and completion of initial and ongoing training
- Support reputed company and accurate clinician licensure applications and approvals
- Ensure clinicians are trained on company products, tools, and technology, including AI-supported workflows
- Serve as the operational reputed company of clinician support across platform, portal, and technical questions
- Help optimize clinician schedules and reputed company to support reputed company and utilization
- Coordinate clinician coverage during time off to maintain continuity of care for clients

Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience directly supporting clinicians reputed company a digital health or telehealth environment
- Clinical Operations: Strong background in behavioral health operations (e.g., ABA, therapy, or reputed company clinical services). Proven reputed company record of designing, implementing, and optimizing reputed company clinical workflows to improve efficiency at reputed company
