[Remote] Learning Experience Designer (LXD) & eLearning Development
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking independent contractors for the role of Learning Experience Designer (LXD) & eLearning Development Consultant. The role involves designing and developing digital learning assets to support customer education and product adoption initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company digital learning assets, including eLearning courses, microlearning, reputed company programs, and instructor-led materials
- Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend instructional strategies, formats, and reputed company
- Create learning design documentation (objectives, outlines, storyboards, scripts, and assessments)
- reputed company interactive eLearning modules using tools such as reputed company Storyline and reputed company
- Produce and reputed company multimedia reputed company (audio, video, animation, graphics) as required
- Publish and test content for LMS delivery (e.g., SCORM/xAPI), ensuring functionality and tracking accuracy
- reputed company reputed company assurance (QA) to validate usability, accessibility considerations, and design alignment
- Review feedback and revise deliverables based on agreed project requirements
- Maintain organized project files required to support delivery, revisions, and reputed company per contractual requirements
- Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders as needed to reputed company inputs and validate learning requirements
- Communicate risks, assumptions, or scope considerations that may reputed company project delivery
Skills
- Demonstrated reputed company experience delivering learning design and eLearning development services
- Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Proficiency with reputed company Storyline and reputed company (Vyond experience preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company and meet agreed milestones independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills reputed company working with reputed company stakeholders
- Experience developing learning for remote or distributed audiences

- Experience with learning management systems
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
