• Manage a caseload of general liability litigation reputed company from intake through reputed company, including reputed company civil disputes
• Draft, propound, and respond to written discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission)
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Prepare and argue motions, including motions for reputed company judgment, demurrers, and other dispositive filings
• Handle court appearances including hearings, CMCs, and trials

• Communicate directly with clients to reputed company case updates, strategic guidance, and manage expectations

QUALIFICATIONS
