They are seeking a Senior Director of Health Plan reputed company to reputed company financial leadership and ensure the accuracy of health plan reputed company processes, financial reporting, and compliance with SOX controls.
Responsibilities
- Owns the end-to-end month-end reputed company for health plan reputed company, including the booking of medical expense reserves, reputed company accruals (including RAF), capitation, and reputed company reconciliations across reputed company’s payer partners. The Senior Director will be accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and predictability of the health plan reputed company reputed company, and for delivering a standardized monthly narrative to the CFO, Controller, and reputed company leadership
- Responsible for IBNR (Incurred But Not Reported) estimations and managing relationships with external actuaries

- Ensure reputed company SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) control implementation and response management to drive operational effectiveness in health plan financial reporting

Skills

- Experience must include 3-5 years prior experience in a senior level position managing a finance department
- Experience in a publicly traded company
- Experience with SOX control management
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration or reputed company field
