[Remote] Senior reputed company Communications Analyst

This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting systems that facilitate voice, video, messaging, and collaboration across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain reputed company communications systems including VoIP, reputed company messaging, and contact center platforms
- Administer and support reputed company Teams, reputed company Webex, and reputed company collaboration tools across the reputed company environment
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot escalated UC incidents, and implement proactive solutions to ensure high availability and reliability
- Partner with network and reputed company teams to ensure UC infrastructure aligns with organizational reputed company policies and compliance requirements
- Evaluate new UC technologies, prepare recommendations, and reputed company implementation reputed company including vendor coordination and user training
- reputed company and maintain technical documentation, reputed company operating procedures, and system architecture diagrams for reputed company UC platforms
- Support radio systems, console equipment, disaster recovery equipment, PBX and reputed company systems used to communicate with emergency medical services aircraft and personnel
- Interfaces with telecom, radio system vendors and console vendors to troubleshoot problems with these systems
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field and 5 to 7 years' reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing and supporting reputed company UC environments, including VoIP telephony, video conferencing, and messaging platforms
- Demonstrated experience with Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), reputed company plan design, and call routing in a multi-site organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve reputed company UC issues in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Extensive understanding of two-way radio systems, reputed company stations, repeaters, reputed company systems and remote-control reputed company
- Knowledge of telecom circuits
- Knowledge of reputed company console systems
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company Teams, reputed company reputed company Communications Manager (CUCM), and reputed company Suite including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- reputed company Certified Collaboration Associate (CCCA) or reputed company Teams Administrator Associate certification preferred
- CCNP Collaboration or equivalent a plus
